Return Policy


Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may file a return claim for quality or damage of your purchase.  Units shipping from our facilities are inspected, placed on pallets and secured to prevent damage.

Your replacement or refund request should be submitted following the instructions below:

In the event there is an issue with the shipment with respect to quality or shipping damage, please complete the return form by clicking on an item in your order history. 

Upon receipt of the return request we will contact you with further instruction (if necessary) and resolution.
